By purchasing a ticket to the North American Blockchain Summit (NABS), you agree to abide by all event policies, terms, and conditions set forth by the event organizers.
Tickets grant access solely to the individual listed at the time of purchase and may not be resold, reproduced, or shared.
The event schedule, speakers, and programming are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and security protocols. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke access to any individual at their sole discretion.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, speaker cancellations or changes in the agenda, no refunds will be provided.
If the Summit is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified, and options for future credit or alternate arrangements will be provided at the discretion of the organizers.
Organizers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in the event of cancellation.
Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s government-issued ID at check-in.
If an exceptional circumstance requires a ticket transfer, requests must be submitted in writing for approval by event organizers at least 30 days before the event.
The Summit is a professional business event and is restricted to attendees aged 18 and older.
Exceptions may be granted for individuals under 18 who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to approval by event organizers.
Privacy & Data Use: By attending, you consent to the event organizers using photographs, video, or recordings of the event for promotional and archival purposes.
Liability Waiver: Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event. Organizers are not responsible for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or any incidents occurring at the venue.
Force Majeure: Organizers are not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
Dress Code: Business or business casual attire is encouraged.
